Return Policy

At Magnifiscent, we take great pride in offering only 100% genuine, premium-quality fragrances. Because our products are personal care items, we do not have a standard return or exchange process. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help if anything goes amiss.

Compulsory 360° unboxing video

A clear, continuous unboxing video is compulsory for return, replacement or refund claims under our store policy, subject to applicable law. Start recording before opening or altering any part of the parcel.

1. Show the parcel as received: Film a complete 360° view, including the top, bottom and all sides. Clearly show the shipping label, outer packaging, tape and seals, and any dents, wet patches, damage or signs of tampering. Show whether the parcel is still sealed; if it arrived open or tampered with, record that condition before handling it further.
2. Open it in the same recording: Keep the parcel and its contents in frame while opening it. Continue filming as you remove the protective packaging and reveal every item. Do not pause, stop, cut, edit or splice the recording.
3. Show the contents and the issue: Clearly record the product box, its seals, the bottle and all items received. Show any visible damage, leakage, incorrect item or missing contents before using the product. Keep the outer packaging, product packaging and all contents for review.

Send the original, unedited video with your order number and a description of the issue to the contact details below. Photos can support your claim but do not replace the required video under our discretionary policy. Share your shipping label and video privately with our support team, not publicly.

No qualifying video means no return, replacement or refund under this policy: A claim without the required recording, or with a recording that starts after opening, omits the original parcel condition or contains cuts or edits, is ineligible under our store policy, subject to applicable law. Submitting a video does not automatically approve a claim. All such requests are subject to verification and approval by Magnifiscent; please obtain our return instructions before sending anything back.
